TOOTH LOST DUE TT WOOLERY JR Absolutely do not recommend Woolery Family Dentistry, especially Dr. Robert Woolery Jr. My experience was not only disappointing — it was damaging. During a routine cleaning, a filling that Dr. Woolery Jr. had placed became dislodged. The hygienist informed him immediately, yet he didn’t even look at the tooth. He told me it would “take too long” to fix and chose to work on other fillings instead. That choice ultimately cost me my tooth. The original filling had already taken over two hours and was done poorly — both in technical skill and in professionalism. I later learned that it had caused internal resorption, leaving the tooth beyond saving. I now need an extraction and was prescribed antibiotics due to the condition the tooth was left in. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry. This was not just a bad dental visit — it was permanent damage that could have been completely avoided. Be extremely cautious before trusting this office with your dental health.
