A total quack. Referred to office due to chronic cough. Dx w allegies and GERD. Told I had asthma baaed on pulmonary tests. As a smoker, told I passed the COPD test. During testing, I could see I passed the test. Tild Pickerill I felt that myvthriat was constricted. Told him I had numerous lung xrays and they were akways neg of any findings. Gives me advair which caused a paradoxal bronchiospasm and find myself unable to breath. Get an emergency visit w ENT who scheduled emergency surgery for throat constriction and stretched my windpipe. Cough disappeared. Breathing restored. Find out pickerell dx me w COPD and chrinic bronchitis without ever listening to my lungs or my telling him how my throat felt constricted. Even w triat constriction passed COPD test then he ignores this and gives COPD and chronic brinchitis dx. Now w covid 19 and some people not considered candidates for ventilaters his quackery has put my life at risk.
