I had an appointment on 6/26/2020 to do an antivirus test and a Covid19 test. After waiting for 50 mins, they took my samples. Everytime I called I had to wait a long time on hold. It's been almost a week and I still don't have the results. I have called several times this week, and still no answer about the results. They have my email, no messages by email. They sent me an invitation to their portal, no results there either. I paid $229 for both tests. It seems they are working as a factory. Very disappointed.
