Had a teladoc appointment recently and was lucky enough to get Dr. H. He was rude and questioned my diagnosis from a specialist. Stated I miss too much work , not sure how he would know my attendance record and proceeded to tell me that I can no longer call teladoc for my condition. I was taken back by his personal opinion of my health issues. It is not his place to give me any advice on work and is not in any way allowed to determine how many times I might be missing work or how many episodes I have, nor to tell me if I can or cannot call teladoc. It seems like many pateints feel the same way as I do and this could be the wrong field he chose to have a career in.
