I came in today with a concern of irregular cramping and bleeding and feeling sick which all my symptoms starting at once (with a negative Covid test). This has never happened to me on birth control so I booked an appointment with Robert Hughes at your Seton Northwest location. I told him every one of my concerns and all he did was a well woman exam. He then proceeded to tell me I should just wash my hands and keep my mask on. Didn’t answer any of my questions about why am I bleeding irregularly or my symptoms that went along with it. He rudely told me where the lab was then told me I shouldn’t have came in today because there’s a lot of pregnant women here and I’m sick. Yes Robert I know I’m sick that’s why I came in today. They never told me what was the cause of my irregular bleeding and cramping, and only prescribed me estrogen without an explanation why. I went in for help and how can I get better and why this is happening (that’s why you go to the doctors)
