Patient Reviews
Feb 11, 2024
During my initial visit with him Gains told me he’d perform a surgery on my leg. Then, when I drove 200 miles to see him in Lubbock, he did not even show up for the pre-surgery visit. Only during this pre-surgery visit he had his nurse tell me he would not do the surgery because he would not be able to handle a situation if a bone fractured during the surgery, something he surely knew or should have known after my initial visit with him. However, he did not tell me that when he told me he’d do the surgery, or at any time before I drove to this useless pre-surgery visit with him.Gaines billed Medicare for this pre-surgery visit to which he never showed up. Gaines also never reimbursed me for my wasted time and my transportation costs I’ve incurred because he made me come to this useless pre-surgery visit.
