Had an appointment at 12:15 for my 90 year old friend. Arrived at Beaumont Grosse Pointe office only to find out the office had moved. Called the new office at 12 and said we would be a little late but we’re on our way. Office called back to say we would have to reschedule. At this point it was 12:20 and we were 5 minutes away. My friend had been referred by her pcp because she had pneumonia in the past. As her driver/caregiver I was so upset that they refused to see her. I want Dr. Marchese to be aware of this matter for future patients.
