Terrible! Jennifer (front office attendant) was soo rude and unprofessional. I asked to use the restroom before my appointment. Jennifer curtly stated that it was “broken”. I asked her if I could use the staff bathroom, and she stated “only if you don’t mess it up!” I couldn’t believe how nasty she about the situation. Also I came in on time for my appointment, waited 20 mins, and was never greeted. Jennifer did manage to bark “DO YOU HAVE NEW INSURANCE??!” I will DEFINITELY not return to this office. I would DEFINITELY not recommend Mecklenburg Foot & Ankle to ANY prospective patients! Go elsewhere, run if you can.
