It's been decades since I saw Dr. Milligan, but I would recommend him to anyone. Of all the doctors I've had in my lifetime, he was one who didn't rush through our appointments, and I never left his office with any unanswered questions. I am very happy he's still practicing to give others the kind of care we RARELY receive from a doctor...especially these days.
