Dr Angelo is a competent internist that unfortunately has become lazy & lax in patient care. Requests to his LPN are quickly replied to by her but unanswered for 4-5 days from him and he seems to have adopted the attitude that we veterans are here for his convenience rather than he to serve our needs. He traded a busy internal medicine practice in Cortland for the easy life of the federal gov. In times of need his answer is to go to the nearest Emergency Room but there are times when an ER is not needed; the doctor is ...and Dr Angelo is unresponsive & asleep at the switch. The VA... beautiful expensive new building, same old federal employees. Guys like Dr Angelo need to go.
