Patient Reviews
Jan 13, 2026
I had an excellent experience with Dr Robert Satterfield and this orthopedic practice. After dealing with progressively worsening knee pain for six months, I finally felt truly heard and understood. The doctor was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely empathetic about what I’ve been going through. He took the time to listen, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward.I was given an injection to help reduce inflammation and manage the pain, with a clear plan in place to follow up and proceed with an MRI if needed to confirm a possible meniscus tear. It was reassuring to know there was a thoughtful, step-by-step approach rather than rushing or dismissing my concerns.I also really appreciated how convenient the location is compared to traveling to Raleigh Emerge orthopedic where I had been going before Overall, I left the appointment feeling supported, informed, and hopeful.
