Two bad experiences here. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. First, I tried to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Nooney last fall. They told me he *was* accepting new patients and that they'd call me back in a few days to schedule the appointment. They never called back. I called them back a week later and was told that he was *not* accepting new patients. They provided no reason as to what changed, but told me to try back several months later. So I tried back in early January and was told that he *was* accepting new patients again. We scheduled an appointment for mid-February. Then, just 3 days before my appointment they called to tell me that he was *not* accepting new patients and that my appointment was cancelled. Really??!! After my appointment was on their calendar for over a month!! Does this level of shoddiness, negligence, and disorganization extend into their medical care? One has to wonder.
