Filled out paperwork before the visit, on-line, and then more paperwork at the doctors office. After waiting for the consultation to see the doctor, I was told that I would not be seeing a doctor, but rather a medical practitioner. I expected appropriate testing and a thorough diagnosis, not the equivalent of a nurses aide to prescribe an R/X and then schedule a second appointment to see the doctor. Poor business practice. Patients should be advised if they are not going to be able to meet with a qualified physician.
