Scheduling and staff was great!! Dr. Bain is completely the opposite. Very arrogant and cocky to a point where the patients’ concerns and questions don’t matter. What he says is basically final. Informed my PCM of this horrible experience and waste of my time. I highly recommend another opinion if you are referred to him. Did not look at the full history of my case; only what he did accurate when he tested me. Very disappointing and obnoxious bed side manner. Zero compassion or empathy. He spoke to me in a tone to make me feel degraded and incompetent of my own health. Make sure to advocate for yourself always!
