I had a visit with Dr. Sanchez one week ago and now have a simple follow-up question about a medication. Instead of addressing it directly, I’m being told I need to schedule a telehealth appointment. That’s extremely disappointing. It feels less about patient care and more about billing for another visit.It’s frustrating to feel like patients are treated as revenue opportunities rather than people who need care and guidance. This experience has left me questioning the priorities of this practice.Additionally, the phone response time is unacceptable—it should not take over 10 minutes to reach someone. Improving staffing and responsiveness would go a long way toward making patients feel valued.Overall, this experience has been discouraging and reflects poorly on the level of care and service being provided.
