I went to Dr. Unsell for my finger. I heard one of the office people refer to me as "that big girl." The male nurse was very kind. The doctor himself was very abrupt. He used a freezing spray on my finger and didn't even wait 10 seconds before jabbing a needle in my painfully swollen finger. I was never told what was wrong. Another office person came in to set up another appointment. When I started asking questions, she sighed...picked up her laptop and went to get the doctor. I had to ask what was wrong with my finger (never even saw an x-ray). He briefly explained and gave me powerful antibiotic (only 1 pharmacy in 20 miles had any in stock). It was a 14 day prescription but wanted me to come back in 5 days! When I came back, of course, very little had changed. He said come back next week when it was finished. It was a complete waste of time and money. Copayment collection was also inconsistent. The 1st time she said they would bill me. The 2nd time she rudely demanded payment now!
