It's too bad I have to give this doctor and associate a one star. Doctor baker never met him Trueheart was fantastic. But.this relates to the administrative end. even though they are very friendly. The office manager seems to think that A local community doctor's form and function is different than what used to be. I come in as an unannounced walking at about 4 o'clock. Just called in to work earlier..was sick throughout the night, finally gained the ability to move around well.took a covid test, came back negative. They would and did not take anyone wout appointment.so let's hypothetically speak of my sister. Lisa that went to another primary physician came back a week later to the emergency room and subsequently died of covid. at least she was seen. I fail to understand how far we have strayed from local community oriented trusted family physician. Something that could take maybe two minutes of a professional analysis was disregarded and sent away needing at appointment that could be
