Dr. de Freitas is wonderful. He takes the necessary time with each patient and explains things in an easy to understand manner. He is very conservative, which I greatly appreciate. Dr. de Freitas doesn't rush into things and takes the time to really think about what is best for the patient. His staff is also excellent.
