Although the staff was very nice - I waited for almost an hour and just as I thought about leaving Dr. Horioglu walked in - no apology or hello - my primary care physician who I like very much recommended Dr. Horioglu so I thought this would be a positive experience. I was wrong & plan to share this with her so no one has to go through this with what I perceive as a disgraceful example of a health care provider. I am still waiting for a follow up phone call from a recent diagnostic test but will not hold my breath
