Dr. Yau’s organization forces you to use an app primarily for communication. The app is OK and not overly reliable. However, the staff communication within the app is terrible. In addition, the staff will not allow any communication with Dr. Yao who is ultimately responsible for my care. Only face-to-face appointments are allowed for communication with the doctor. Ultimately, I had to make the difficult decision that my chances with cancer while I find a new doctor are better than dealing with this office and the impact on my health. I would not recommend this organization. Please check out other reviews. You will find similar problems.
