BAD. TOld me to go on intermittent fasting diet and MIND diet. He said he restricts his diet to a 2 hour timeframe. I knew that it makes me dizzy (skipping breakfast.) I asked him how he deals w/it. He's just used to it. Sounds dangerous. I read about unpleasant side effects of this diet (fainting, dehydration, ect.), but he didn't tell me this. I didn't ask him for dieting advice and he is not a regular dr, so that was unexpected and rude. He didn't say it gently, just matter of factly. (My waistline is large, but I was about 4 lbs overweight.)) Went back to old neurologist (he charges more) and he solved my issue instead of referring me out like this guy.
