Was denied a prescription that I need daily to eat. Not one person from the office called to explain my prescription was denied because I needed a visit. After calling the pharmacy and being told it was denied, I called the office and was unable to get my refill and unable to schedule a visit (doctor was moving to a private practice) it is now Monday and I have called the new office to schedule a visit and the line is just busy. I have not been able to get my medication and am now having to try to go through my primary care physician — worst possible experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Downloading my records and finding a new gastroenterologist. If you’re looking for an MD you can rely on, I suggest looking elsewhere.
