My first visit was awesome, I thought she was great but had to schedule follow up and couldn’t be seen until 11:30. Having MS for me earlier times are better. Happened to check mychart and found out my appointment had been rescheduled with no call from provider. Really disappointed because I thought she was great but you also need a great staff that has some idea how to run your office. I live 35 miles away so I need notice to get transportation arranged. MS is a horrible disease, Drs should be understanding.
