Had a THR and at 6 week follow up I described that rehab was not going well and he replied, your only using a cane that last woman is in a wheelchair and she had the same operation the same week. I finally found a surgeon who performed a total revision replacement and found at the 7 month mark the bone had not encapsulated the insertion as the diameter was to small, the length was appx 1 inch short and the tendon was unattached. Find someone else.
