After many phone tag messages, 30 minutes before appointment Dr. Sachs left a message to cancel the appointment due to his concerns that the Medicare payment amount he would receive would not be enough. He is listed, and has verified, that he accepts Medicare payment amounts. The focus was on payment amount and issuing a dangerous prescription (patient must be closely monitored due to risk of suicide and other side effects).
