I never saw Dr Van Tuyl. I am questioning the $375.00 bill. I only saw the nurse Practitioner which must had been $245.00 for 30 minutes which I question. I had ear wax removed for $130.00. I was late for my next appointment because the office is back in the woods and I had trouble finding it. They refused to see me but were Okay to reschedule. I refused and will not go back.
