Had a full medical eye exam. Dr. Allen was curt, didn’t answer my questions very well, wouldn’t prescribe me the extended wear contacts I wanted. When I got my new contact prescription I couldn’t see AT ALL. Everything was blurry and I couldn’t even read my phone. I called to complain, and the tech told me she had consulted with Dr. Allen and he said “that’s just what happens when you get old”. Well I CAN SEE in my old contacts, and now I CAN’T SEE in my new ones. I’m not a rocket scientist but I think they got something wrong. I was disgusted, and wouldn’t go back to this office or doctor if they paid me.
