Patient Reviews
Nov 28, 2023
I believe Dr. Gabor is a decent physician. My complaint is deeply rooted in the practice's business model, which is nothing short of inept and harassing. They kept me an hour past my appointed time while they tried to figure out billing. Billing is far reaching compared to patient care at this facility. They are rude and indifferent. Messages will be left unanswered indefinitely. Be prepared for billing to blow up your phone before you even make it to the parking lot after your first appointment. Billing, billing, billing, is paramount. Patient care is a distant second. During pre screening to see the physician they will focus on a means to bill more than patient care. In the end after they drop the ball you will need to call Tenet who will straighten it out in less than ten minutes. This is their front line, their first impression, and their liaison for patient relations. If ever I am in need of a cardiologist I will certainly go elsewhere. Again, Dr. Gabor seems to be an ok physician, but having to deal with their front office is not worth it.
