Dr. Ronald Glausman failed me as a surgeon and as a physician. He performed a shoulder surgery that did not fix my injury and then rushed to declare me “Permanent and Stationary” even though I was still in serious pain and had limited use of my arm. He completely ignored my complaints about my left shoulder and right wrist, refusing to treat or even evaluate those injuries.It was obvious from the beginning that Dr. Glausman was more concerned with pleasing the insurance company than providing real care. He rushed appointments, dismissed ongoing symptoms, and avoided necessary follow-up. His P&S report was clearly written to benefit the insurance carrier, not me as the patient.Dr. Glausman acts more like a hired gun for insurance companies than a medical professional. He does the bare minimum to close claims quickly, even when patients are still seriously injured. I do not believe he acts independently or ethically in these cases.In my experience, Dr. Glausman should not be trusted
