All we did was meditation. There was no ability to actually talk about my issues because all we did was "silent meditations". When I had an episode and OD'ed he asked "How do you think I feel? The progress is ruined." He had misdiagnosed me and the medication he put me on made me much worse, I later had to be sent to a psychiatric care unit. Do not suggest him to anyone.
