I am 16 years old and he saw me in person after months of consults. I was having penile pain and he gave me a PE to check for any abnormalities. In the end he said that he couldn't make a diagnosis and he had no idea what my pain was coming from. It ended with him recommending to stop masturbating and having sex. I was disappointed with this answer but he did as much as he could, and he educated me on the specific parts.
