I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and emotional maturity shown by Dr. Ronald Tsao and his staff. He was condescending, dismissive, and made the visit unnecessarily difficult. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable throughout. I’ve since changed PCPs and would not recommend him to anyone seeking respectful, competent care.
