Patient Reviews
Dec 31, 2025
Upon my first visit I was assured my health issues would be absolutely addressed so as to make the procedure easier on me. This was the reason I went to him to begin with. Before the procedure (Evoque tricuspid replacement) I followed up with Dr. Ramadan and staff to make sure everything was arranged as planned. Was told they would go through jugular vein in neck. He said they had only done a few but would be no problem. Every aspect from entering the hospital, in the procedure room, and post procedure was HORRIBLE. NOTHING WAS DONE AS PROMISED. Procedure left me horribly bruised and in much pain. Was sent home about 24 hours after procedure with NO pain meds but told to take OTC meds.I cannot state strongly enough that I was assured I would be cared for. The hospital personnel were very good. The anesthesia doctor was in another galaxy and very non helpful. The doctor was great a telling me what I wanted to hear but in reality nothing could have been further from the truth. Just FYI.
