strange. office staff efficient but cool. Wait time ok. Nurse nice and efficient as was the doctor although I never had anyone, particularly in the health care business tell me my situation was hopeless and told me, literally, and I am not making this up, "You are effed" Seriously. My wife was sitting next to me and verified as I couldn't believe it. He did spend time with me although he contradicted himself several times so i wasn't sure what was what. So much for that I guess
