Very disappointing experience. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and did not seem knowledgeable or experienced. The explanations sounded generic, like a Google search rather than professional medical advice. I left feeling unheard and without clear guidance.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Dowd. He explained my situation in full detail, gave me the options and let me decide what was best for me. He ask questions, listen to what I had to say. Highly recommend him. He will be performing my ablation.
