I am a sharp health insurance carrier and was seen by NP back in 1st quarter of 2020, after i left the clinic , NP supposed to send my lab order to sharp in chula vista but when i went to lab at 6.30 am , according to sharp lab , they did not receive any lab order by NP kimberly lee UNDER SUPERVISION OF DR, kotha t chula vista office, I CALLED the office and they didnt give me any honest reason why NP DIDNT SEND MY lab order, so this clinic made me wait till next order being sent, it was totally unprofessional and unethical not taking care of patient medical needs in a timely matter not only that their office was being demanding of co pay which was imposed to my account and told me oh...i signed their papers when i was became a patient if i dont pay co pay which was not necessary to impose without resolving my matter about the lab order was not delivered to sharp lab and i wasted my morning time . i dont think this particular clinic takes seriously about patient's medical needs .
