Disappointing and Unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ruby Hoang in the emergency room. Her approach was condescending and dismissive, and she did not take my medical concerns seriously. Despite my serious symptoms, she minimized my condition and did not provide the necessary care. Her lack of empathy and professionalism was evident throughout the visit. I would not recommend Dr. Hoang based on this experience
