Went in today about my ankle problem and was rushed out. Doctor did not even touch my foot. Look at my walking or check my shoes. No observation of gait and walking mechanics. No examination of my current foot wear. No hands on physical examination of the affected foot and surrounding tissues. No relevant diagnostic insight or proposed treatment pathway. It was a waste of time. When I called back to make an appointment for my usual doctor at the facility now they want to charge me an additional copayment and obviously charge my insurance company again for another visit when they never did anything during the first visit I don’t normally leave bad reviews. I tried to work this out with the office and requested the doctor give me a call back but he never did. Horrible customer service
