mis diagnosis and neglect. maybe he doesn’t like my insurance , but since being in his care for a couple years i am now disabled . vit d related . They would make me call my insurance to see if the test i was insisting on were covered , how odd is that ? They are not concerned with vitamin levels and i believe more incline to treat or referral to specialist when things really go wrong . also refused to do Telehealth appointment or talk about anything on a phone visit , stating the phone isn’t a secure line. and in the beginning sent my results to someone else and i got someone else’s test results . recently discontinued my vit d therapy without notifying me or doing any relevant tests believe me after they let me get depleted twice i take my own supplements , but they had me crippled from the depletion and my teeth were falling away from fillings and tendons away from bone .
