My complaint isn't about Dr. Proctor.. he's great! He rates a 5-star! However, Erin in his office staff does not. I have had an almost year long issue trying to get my c-pap machine replaced...the company needed Erin to give them the settings information so they could order and send my machine. Erin never followed through with the company. I received 7 letters from the company explaining they could not send the machine until they had the info. I called every week and Erin was "never available" or she would "call me back". She never has... I have yet to to hear from or see Erin. I went by the doctor's office 3 different times...she couldn't see me. Finally on the next visit I asked to see Dr. Proctor about the issue. Another person in the office asked what's the issue, heard my story, looked at the letters from the c-pap company, did a few things on the computer...and my c-pap machine has been finally ordered and on the way. That easy...Erin could have done that 10 months ago! I highly recommend Dr. Proctor as a doctor, but one person in the office certainly can hurt how a patient feels. It certainly should not have taken nearly a year to get the task done. My health and wellness didn't seem to be a priority for Erin.

My husband met Dr Proctor in the ER and would like him to be his Pulmonary Doctor. However, he already has a Pulmonary Doctor. My neighbor who recently lost her husband told us that Dr Proctor was her late husband’s Pulmonary Doctor and highly recommended him and his staff.
