Dr. Ryan Shipp, DMD

I would've swire by Dr. Shipp but today not so much. I came to him as a patient 7 years ago and last year needed his help again. I sat in his chair and the assistant came in to take x-rays. She started on the wrong side of my mouth. I was asking her why! She explained that the paperwork indicated a tooth on the opposite side of why ai was there. She refused to listen to me as the patient and insisted she take the indicated x-rays! I had to start arguing with her. Her voice became authoritative. I matched her aggressive tone when the doctor came in to see what was wrong. The paperwork was wrong! I couldn't be nicer but her intensity became unprofessional. Moving forward I needed his help again and he refused to see me. I highly recommend him years ago but today I'd wonder what has happen!? I do not recommend him.

I had such an excellent experience with Dr. Morris and Sonita for the care provided to me during my root canal experience , they where so gentle and ease off any nerve racking feeling I have during my treatment, for them it is a 5star rating … I am giving 2 stars rating because of the way I was talked to by the front office personnel Rachel , she was so rude to me , I felt judged/criticized because I have to cancel 3 hrs before my appointment , I had an unforeseen emergent appointment and MRI needed to do because of my spine problem and the attitude I received from Rachel was uncalled for . I understand and respect Dr. Morris time and would not mind paying the same day cancellation fee but Rachel made me feel like trash saying “ oh so you double book appointment said in a very rude way and As I was trying to explained why I have to cancel she cut me off and did not let me talk … patients should not be talk to the way I was spoken to . I work in a healthcare setting and I would never talk to my patients that way wether I am having a bad day or going through something … I just hope that this review will improve customer service from your front office moving forward because really the care I received was outstanding. Again Thank you very much Dr. Morris and Sonita !??
