Very disappointed! While in vacation he left a female doctor named Spencer looking after his patients. I was having severe shoulder pain, could not move my arm, i called and ask for an appointment, the next available was in one month, I asked for a MRI prescription, I had to see her to get it but she will not see me before one month! So I asked my MD and he gave me a prescription immediately, I did the MRI the same day a few days I talked to Spencer and told me she would call me once she gets the MRI results, she never call me, i went and got the results myself, never heard from her, I brought the disk and written results to dr. Dellamaggiora’s office, no doctor available to download the disk nor read the results, so I left! I heard dr. Dellamaggiora is back from vacation, haven’t heard from him either! I asked for an appointment to see him since he’s been my Doctor for a while but the next available appointment is mid August! So I called UCLA and saw a doctor immediately read my mri results, explained it to me! Actions speak louder than words! Time for a new Shoulder doctor! Do your research!??
