I underwent carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Ryan Grabow and initially appreciated the results. However, as someone with a physically demanding job, I requested accommodations to avoid the role that caused my inflammation. Dr. Grabow said 'yeah I see it' and dismissed my concerns .During a follow-up, I sought an injection for swelling and advice on a cat bite. I overheard his secretary suggesting I find time off elsewhere, implying I was dropped as a patient without any request for time off. Despite the claim of concierge care, my experience was far from it. More like a clinic back in Ghana.
