Terrifying. This incompetent individual isn't capable of managing an animal shelter, let alone making decisions for human lives. he knows absolutely nothing about prescribing the correct medication doses for anyone. he definitely should not be with a provider license for anyone or for anything. A person who is in the suppose care of him, will not live. he will lie to the patients and to the family and friends of patients. Run away from this individual, as fast as you can run.
