We really liked Dr. Miller even we were able to see him. I even recommended several other family members to him. But, recently we've all had the same experiences...Dr. Miller is often "not in the office" and they are always rescheduling our appointments. This becomes inconvenient when we've taken off work and they call 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to reschedule and can't get us in for a time that works. Then, today we went for a rescheduled appointment and he refused to see my son because he had tested positive for Covid 9 days ago (symptoms had started 2 days before that and the CDC says after 5 days, you can be around people with a mask. We were both wearing masks and it had been 11 days since symptoms began, 9 days since the test/diagnosis). Not to mention, the ER doctor that diagnosed my son told us to follow up with the family doctor within a day or 2. But Dr. Miller wouldn't even see him 9 days later. When you can get in to see him, he's a great doctor and listens to his patients. But, getting in is the problem. And if a doctor can't follow CDC guidelines and be available to his patients because of a fear of Covid, that's a problem.
