Had a telehealth appointment scheduled with Dr. Steele. After waiting 20 minutes, a fellow joined the video chat. We discussed the reason for my appt, but she was waiting for Dr. Steele to join. I asked about something that Dr. Steele mentioned in a message to me which prompted the appt and she wasn't sure but was hoping Dr. Steele would join soon. She eventually looked at her phone and said he would be giving me a call instead. No call ever. I wrote him a msg on the patient portal to inquire if I will be charged for the appt since he was a no show. He told me that I was still seen by a fellow and that Yale is a teaching hospital. The appt was with him and the fellow was even waiting on him! Such lack of care for a patient. Don't bother to go to him.
