Patient Reviews
May 30, 2024
First time seeing Dr Ryan Urbas. The Dr ordered tests. I explained that I did NOT want any testing that would not be covered under my insurance. He explained that he would fill out “some forms” to clear tests if anything was rejected. He explained to me how to test would work. Went to the testing site. The nice lady noticed that the coding was incorrect. She started to prep me for another test which would’ve taken 4 hours. She called the office of Dr Ryan Urbas after I explained to her the test she mentioned isn’t what the Dr told me. 3 hours later with the office not being able to help due to the Dr being on vacation, I left. It took me 3 months to get the Rx fixed. Once I received the test, I called the office to make sure the correct forms were filled out so I wouldn’t get billed. A few days l got a voicemail saying to go ahead with test. “All was good” months later, I now have a bill and the Dr is ignoring my calls and the billing dpt says there’s nothing they can do. Almost 1 year later. The Dr refuses to help correct his mistakes.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
