From the very first consultation to the post-operative recovery, my experience with Dr. Yoon and his team has been nothing short of exceptional. Facing a complex spine condition was daunting, but Dr. Yoon approached my case with deep expertise, clarity, and compassion. Before the operation, he and his team ensured I fully understood my diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect throughout the process. Their thorough explanations and willingness to answer all my questions gave me peace of mind and confidence in the care I was receiving — being over 80 years of age and having osteoporosis. The surgery itself was a success, and I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Yoon’s skill and precision. But what truly sets this team apart is the level of human-centered care his team provides. The nurses (specially Mr. Gary Harris), surgical assistants, and support staff were all attentive, kind, and always made me feel heard and cared for - not just as a patient, but as a person.
