The session was riddled with disconnections and a failure to establish a paid video link, which significantly hindered the consultation's effectiveness. Despite providing a detailed medication list beforehand, the doctor repetitively asked for the same information, showcasing a troubling lack of attention. Communication flaws extended beyond the appointment, as the doctor's refusal to use email prevented any follow-up, complicating the situation when the prescription process was mishandled. My local pharmacy received incorrect information, and attempts to rectify this were ignored, leaving me without essential medication and facing additional costs for another doctor's visit. These issues, rooted in poor communication and technical shortcomings, not only diminished the quality of care but also impeded access to necessary treatment, leading me to advise against using this doctor's service.
