Dr. Awadallah is incredibly difficult to get a response from if you attempt to contact him with questions pertaining to your condition or medications. When I attempted to contact him (through the given and appropriate channel) for clarifications about info he gave me regarding my newly diagnosed condition, I never at any time received a response. On the few occasions when I had to contact him regarding my medications, one due to his error in my chart, it took much effort on my part to get a response. When patients have no choice but to rely on physians for their medications and accurate information, it is not right come across as so dismissive and condescending. I understand physicians are busy but never knowing if your doctor is going to respond or take any action on your behalf just compounds the stress one already has with a chronic condition.
